What are the requirements for the completion of the mat program?Pre-course work-reading Anatomy of Movement by Blandine Calais-Germain (10 hours) The Pilates Workshop mat module 1 weekend (16 hours) The Pilates Workshop mat module 2 weekend (16 hours) 25 mat personal sessions, 15 observation hours, 35 student teaching hours (to be done at a studio of your choosing with approval) Final and written practical exam (2 hours) Total hours for completion of Mat program: 119 Upon fulfillment of all Pilates Workshop Mat Instructor requirements, students will receive a certificate of completion and be able to register to sit for the National Pilates Certification Program exam to receive the credentials NPCP-PMC.

Do you teach the Classical or Contemporary Pilates repertoire?We teach the full Classical Pilates Mat repertoire with a contemporary understanding of movement science and biomechanics. Students will be confident in their knowledge to adapt a program for any client safely.

What is the tuition cost?Total Mat Program Tuition: $1100 $400 deposit with the remaining $700 due 10 days prior to the start of the Mat Program Tuition fees include: The Pilates Workshop Mat Manuals 1 & 2 Final Written Exam 1 hour private session with Mary Gregory Stocker, MSPT, DPT, NCPT, CSCS Some studios may charge a studio use fee to complete observation, self-practice and studio teaching hours. What is the Refund Policy?Cancellations: You may be refunded in full 10 days prior to the start date. Cancellations 72 hours in advance: will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations after 72 hours: will receive no refund.
